Q: Is Trail Dogs Miami insured?
A. Yes, we are fully insured!

Q. Will my dog be leashed?
A. Yes, unless you confirm your dog can handle off leash

Q. What if I'm not home for pick up/drop off?
A. It's totally fine if you are not home for the pick up and drop off. We would just need instructions for getting into your home.

Q. How many dogs are in each small group?
A. Groups can vary, however no more than 5 per group for safety purposes

Q. What if the dogs don't get along?
A. We only add one new dog to the group at a time to ensure everyone has a good and safe time. 

Q. What is the hike like?
A. We start leashed at the West Matheson Hammock Trail Head and head down the nature trail until it opens up into big open fields where any dog allowed off leash can run. On leash dogs will stay with the handler for the entirety of the walk, of course.

Q. Its so hot, will they have water?
A. Yes! Frequent water breaks for sure. 

Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy! If you cancel within 24 hours of 7 am we will still charge you for the hike.
